Northern Council

Karl & Kellie Braconier joined BCNH in August of 2009, looking to meet other British car enthusiasts. Seeing how much fun this group was having at the British Invasion in VT in 2009 horrified us, but we thought better of it and joined anyway!! With two young adults off at University of NH, home became quieter and spare time turned to more hobby activities. Karl started working seriously on British cars in 1968 while employed at Auto Engineering Inc. in Lexington, MA. Since then, Jaguars, Morgans and Triumphs have always been a pleasure-some challenge to preserve and enjoy driving. He started the Vintage Roadster Livery in November of 2002, a good excuse to call a hobby a business. Kellie enjoys her own TR6 and 2009 MINI, her daily driver. When our son, Erik, promised to graduate in 2015, it was good timing for us to take on more social activities. Trips south to BCNH meetings during the week proved to be a challenge. Then Prime Minister, Bob Mitchell was the key support we needed along with some very good words from Norma Karle our Secretary, to start the BCNH Northern Council. Karl as Minister and Kellie as Secretary gathered 23 BCNH members for a first meeting on 2015 March 19. Since then, traveling the back roads, visiting scenic sites of northern NH, meeting fellow members and enjoying a beverage or two continues to be more fun with a caravan of British cars and their owners.
