Double Occupancy – $490.00 ($539.00 w/ tax).

Breakfast

Day 1 – Plain and Blueberry Pancakes, fried eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, assorted pastries and coffee and tea.

Day 2 – Cinnamon Sugar French Toast, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, assorted pastries and coffee and tea.

Day 3 – Belgian Waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, assorted pastries and coffee and tea.

***Breakfast Parfaits can be made on request – Cabot Greek yogurt, fruit, granola and honey.

BBQ Dinner (Ribs, chicken, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw, Black Bean and Corn salad, Mac & Cheese + NY Cheesecake).

To qualify for group prices your group must have 10 rooms booked and/or 20 people or more in your party.

If the final booking falls below this amount, then standard room rates will apply to each individual booking. Dinner will still be offered in this case, however group discount will not be applied.

This is a “Rain or Shine” event.

Cancellation Policy 2025

 A cancellation charge will be made of 1 night stay if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
Please remember that a reservation is your commitment for the full period that you request. Should you arrive after your specified date or depart prior to the end of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.
